Returns and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for your purchase and support of this small business. Due to the made-to-order nature of all Willows & Runes products through a print-on-demand service, all sales are final. Willows & Runes does not offer refunds or accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to, buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, shipping delays during transit, or other discretionary concerns.

However, Willows & Runes is committed to delivering quality products and will gladly assist with an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are only available if the item received is defective, flawed, or if there was a printing error not caught during production quality control.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, you must submit a request within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Your request must include photographic evidence clearly showing the defect, flaw, or misprint.

  • We reserve the right to assess and verify the claim before approving any exchange.

  • If approved, a replacement item will be issued at no additional cost.

Please Note:

  • We do not offer exchanges for sizing issues, minor color variations, or slight differences in print placement, as these are natural variances inherent in the print-on-demand process.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

How to Submit an Exchange Request:

  1. Contact us at WillowandRune@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the defect or printing error.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days with the next steps.
